The topics covered in ICDEc deal with two axes: either with Business Innovation (The "B" sessions) or with Emerging Technologies (The "T" sessions). In each edition, the program committee selects the best two papers in each axis. The choice depends essentially on the reviewing report and the score obtained by the articles.
As a sign of recognition to the efforts of the voluntary reviewers, the program committee chairs selects in each edition the best reviewers per axis. The conference organizers offer to them the Best Reviewer Award as an evidence of the scientific quality of their reports. Criteria of selection are essentially based on the structure of the comments, richness, positivity, proposal of new directions, proposal of new references etc.
